Our Company Director Leila Spencer is an experienced international leadership development and business management executive. . She has worked in the Professional Services ,Human Capital Solutions , Executive Search industries in leadership roles.
Leyla is a certified Executive Coach, member of ICF having completed her first certified training in 2004 followed by her certification with the AoEC , UK in 2014,2016 and 2019
She has ;
• worked in multicultural and multilingual businesses in a business development and management capacity with clients and candidates across a wide variety of cultures with a truly global mindset actively using German, English and Turkish as and when needed.
• delivered resourcing solutions project working closely with senior management , C level and leadership teams
• hands on experience in the design , project management and delivery of internal resourcing solutions , executive leadership and coaching in alignment with business requirements
• managed executive search placements in professional services, technology, telecoms, industrial and Consumer Practices as well as designed talent acquisition projects in the EMEA region.
• lead remote recruitment consultants teams across EMEA in up to 17 locations
• achieved the “Queens Award for Enterprise – UK” and “Return on Investment Award for the international professional services business managed.
•Leyla helps clients improve their operating efficiency, focus on targets and develop leadership skills.
She has a Masters degree from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA in Business from the Bosphorus University. She is a graduate of the Deutsche Schule Istanbul .
